I made this skirt yesterday for Molly using
this tutorial. I love how it turned out! Of course I melted the tulle in the bottom row the first time I tried pressing it...ahhh! So I had to re-do it, but it worked out because I wanted the tulle to be more gathered than it originally was. I definitely recommend her tutorial! I have an idea for the top, so that will be coming somewhat soon!
My ultrasound is at 4 pm today and I'm excited, but not looking forward to the 32 oz. of water I have to drink in a 30 min. period an hour and a half before the exam! I have no idea how I'm going to hold it in! And you'll have to wait for a post since my sister Natalie and I are having a gender reveal party on Sunday with our family! It'll be fun :)

Oh man...I've been waiting all day too! Good luck with the liquid drinking! I hated that. And I'm definitely excited to find out once you can spill the beans! :)
WHAT!! I have been checking your blog all day waiting patiently for you to say "it's a boy!"

i LOVE that skirt too! i can't wait to see a pic of molly wearing it.
who knows?! maybe you'll get to make another one just like it for a newborn. :)
Ok---so what is the tutorial? It turned out darling, now I want to check it out and make one! Well-probably two!
Becky, click on where I've put "this tutorial". Sorry it isn't a different color, but when you put your cursor over it, it links you to the tutorial site.
My doctor never makes me drink all the water--I don't think I could do it! Maybe that's why we couldn't find out what we're having. Can't wait until Sunday!
cute! Adorable with tulle on the bottom!
