Yep, peppermint ice cream! You know Christmas is coming when you see the peppermint ice cream at the grocery store! I admit I have an obsession with anything mint (desserts specifically) and so I always have to have some peppermint ice cream when Christmas rolls around each year. And yes, there is some in my freezer at this very moment :) Yum-o!!

yum-o, i'm glad you like it, but for the record, i'm not a big fan of mint....
so i just made peppermint cookies last nite - and DELICIOUS. i think i'll post them on foodees in the next few days. you'll have to try them if you haven't. soooo good!
Do you remember those cookies called Orna-Mints that we used to love? I remember having them at your house for the first time. Do they still sell them?
