and I want a double stroller...I think this one! This is the Baby Trend Sit n Stand Plus Double Stroller. I have done some research and want one that is a sit n stand option. The back seat on this stroller converts into the sit n stand. I like that it has the full seat if Molly wants to sit because I think she may be interested in doing that at times. I also read that people who didn't have a second shade wanted one. So I like that feature too. But I also think Molly would like the sit n stand feature. Also, the front seat allows you to put an infant seat in and it's universal, which I really like. I haven't really gone anywhere yet with both of them by myself (I'm sure you can imagine why!) but I think I could really benefit from one of these!
I don't jog and don't pretend to, so I'm not into a jogger, although I know they can be really nice. I plan on using this on walks, at the park, going to stores and the mall, and places like Disneyland where we will probably go this summer. What do you think?!

umm, I think I am jealous that you might be going to Disneyland this summer! Everyone around me is going and I am green with envy.
I think I will eventually get a nice jogging stroller, maybe it will movtivate me to start running (ha, good luck with that one)
I couldn't see the pic for some reason, but your description of it sounds good. I don't have any advice for you though because I don't have need of a double stroller quite yet.
I think that one would be nice! I couldn't see the pic but looked at them a bit back and the sit and stand option would be great cause it makes it so much easier for them to get in and out to see things.
I have heard only good things about the sit and stand strollers. We have a Phil and Ted's, which I absolutely LOVE, but my preferences are much different than yours and I'm sure Molly is much better at the standing part than Seth would be. I say go for it!
Yeah, can't see the picture...
My sister is a stroller fanatic. She told me some pros and cons about the sit and stand. I don't think that's the kind I would pick, but I know some people love it. We have done Disneyland with a kid (but not two!). You would be best with a double umbrella-type stroller that has a shade and basket and is comfortable to push (like a Maclaren Twin Traveller). I guess that may not work with Ali because she's so small. You could consider a baby bjorn for her and do a single stroller for Molly. OR, go with the heavy double stroller if you can find one to pick up in Cali; you won't want to transport that thing if you are flying!
Okay, sorry. That was probably more information than you wanted! But I've had the double stroller conversation with so many people and have heard so many things...
We bought a twin stroller from consignment (it will fit through doctors doorways) and I think I love it more than our triplet jogger. I think anything that makes life easier is always worth it. Did you get my list from my mom about cross stitch patterns? Let me know if you can do it, I know you are super busy and all.. :|
I just read Becky's comments. We have the Graco one (a little heavy) but it is so nice and the second seat reclines all the way back for a small baby to lay down in. That's where I put Mckenna since she isn't as strong at sitting up as the others yet. Just passin' that on...
