For Justin's birthday I surprised him and took him to the Roof restaurant downtown for dinner. We sat right next to the window and this was our view! It was so beautiful.
When I made the reservation they asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. I said it was my husband's birthday but he probably didn't want to make a big deal of it. She asked if they could have a sign and I thought that would be perfect!
The food was delicious and I have to say that the desserts may have been the best part of the meal. Our server informed us that there are 25 choices! Can't go wrong there! The whole thing is a buffet, but it's a really nice, fancy buffet. I have only eaten here a couple of other times, but one thing I really love is that they have someone playing the piano while you eat. The lady who was playing played a fancy arrangement of Happy Birthday once or twice while we were there and some other fun songs from memorable movies, musicals, etc. We had a really fun time!

Zack would love a sign and no fuss as well, looks like it was a great idea! I love the roof- it is so delicious!! Mmm! The last time I was there is when we had all the martinelli's cider before Ryans mission, you know how that turned out! Hopefully you paced yourself better this time ;)
